Filip co-founded Equip in 2018.  

Filip has eight years of private equity experience across consumer, industrials and business services sectors, in addition to two years experience as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. 
Prior to Equip, Filip was Investment Manager at Herkules Capital. 

Filip holds a Master of Finance from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and
Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Filip is a board member of Holy Greens, Iteam (formerly Mimir), Miles, 
Cloud Connection (formerly Økonomibistand) and Cautus Geo.
